摘  要:
采用沙培法研究了不同浓度Cu2+对红檵木生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的Cu2+对红檵木叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷、脯氨酸和MDA含量等生理生化指标的影响均达到极显著水平;当Cu2+浓度介于0~5.207 9×10-8mol.L-1之间时,随Cu2+浓度增加,色素类含量增加,SOD酶活性提高,膜质过氧化作用减小;当Cu2+浓度超过5.207 9×10-8mol.L-1时,随着Cu2+浓度增加,色素类、可溶性糖含量及SOD酶活性降低,而膜质过氧化作用、相对电导率、MDA、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量增加。同时幼叶生长明显减弱,成熟叶也由鲜艳的亮紫红色渐渐变为浅红色或淡黄色,失去原有的光泽。

摘  要:
Effect of copper ion concentration on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum were studied by sand culture.The results showed that different concentrations of copper ion had extremely significant effects on physiological and biochemical indexes such as content of chlorophyll,carotenoid,anthocyanin,proline and MDA of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum in leaves.When concentration of copper ion was among 0 to 5.207 9×10-8 mol·L-1;content of pigments and SOD activity increased,plasmalemma peroxidation decreased with the increase of copper ion concentration;but when concentration of copper ion was higher than 5.207 9×10-8 mol·L-1,content of pigments,soluble sugar and SOD activity decreased,plasmalemma peroxidation,relative conductivity,content of MDA,proline and soluble protein increased with the increase of copper ion concentration.Meanwhile,young leaf growth weakened obviously,color of mature leaf turned light red or light yellow from vivid bright purple gradually and losed original luster.
