浓缩沼液在无土栽培生菜上应用研究

摘  要:
文章通过对生菜进行不同氨氮浓度的沼液育苗试验和不同氨氮浓度的沼液无土栽培实验,探究浓缩沼液育苗生菜和无土栽培生菜的施用效果,为大连市推广沼液施肥技术提供科学依据。实验结果表明:喷施氨氮浓度为250 ppm的沼液,生菜种子出芽率为66.5%,相对增长率为7.26%;提高生菜的叶片数3.4%;育苗67天后,采用浓度为10%的沼液进行无土栽培生菜,其与营养液组之间差异性不显著。育苗75天后,使用沼液进行无土栽培生菜,可向沼液中适当添加些Mg+,使其更好地生长。

摘  要:
In this paper,seedling cultivation and soilless culturing of lettuce with different ammonia concentration of biogas slurry were experimented. The results showed that,spraying the biogas slurry containing 250 ppm of ammonia,the lettuce seed germination rate was 66. 5%,increasing by 7. 26% comparing with the control group,and the number of lettuce leaf increased by 3. 4%. After 67 days of seedling cultivation,the obtained seedlings were cultured in soilless with 10% of biogas slurry. The result showed that there's no significant difference in lettuce growth comparing with that growing in nutrient solution. For the 75-day cultivated seedlings,adding some Mg+was appropriate for the better soilless culturing with the biogas slurry.
