UiO-66对种菌唑装载量的高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
建立了一种测定金属有机骨架(metal organic frameworks,MOFs)UiO-66对种菌唑装载量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)定量分析方法.以甲醇和水(体积比 80∶20)为流动相,流速为 1 mL/min,检测器波长 222 nm,对试样中种菌唑含量进行液相色谱分析测定.结果表明,在供试色谱条件下种菌唑中 2个异构体的保留时间分别为 9.7、10.7 min.方法在 0.005~0.5 g/L范围内线性相关系数为 0.9999,在 20、40、80 g/L 3个添加水平下,回收率为98.71%~99.34%,相对标准偏差为0.62%~1.62%.该方法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,可用于对以UiO-66为载体的纳米载药体系的装载量、包封率和产品有效成分含量等分析.

摘  要:
A HPLC method was established for the determination the loading capacity of ipconazole in metal organic frameworks(MOFs)UiO-66.The concentration of ipconazole in the samples were detected by HPLC with the mixture of methanol and water(80∶20,by vol)as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL/min at 222 nm.Results showed that the retention times of ipconazole were 9.7 and 10.7 min at the test chromatography conditions.The method exhibits a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999 in the range of 0.005 to 0.5 g/L.Under the addition of three calibration standards(20,40,80 g/L),the recovery rates range from 98.71% to 99.34%,with a coefficient of variation of 0.62% to 1.62%.The method is easy to operate,highly accurate,and exhibits good reproducibility.It can be employed for the analysis of loading capacity,encapsulation rate,and active ingredient content in nanoscale pesticides delivery systems using UiO-66 as carriers.
