双螺杆膨化机的喂料速度对含番茄秸秆鲤鱼饲料品质的影响

摘  要:
试验研究双螺杆膨化机喂料速度对含番茄秸秆鲤鱼饲料品质的影响,以喂料速度为变量对鲤鱼饲料膨化度、各项质构特性、成型质量、颗粒含粉率、水中稳定性5个方面进行试验研究。结果表明,喂料速度在35~45 r/min时,饲料膨化度最好;喂料速度选择50 r/min左右可保证试验鲤鱼饲料各项质构指标都在较优区间内;喂料速度在50 r/min左右时,饲料成型质量最好;喂料速度选择在45~50 r/min时,饲料含粉率最低;喂料速度在50~55 r/min时,饲料在水中最为稳定。综合考虑膨化度、各项质构指标、成型质量、含粉率、水中稳定性5方面因素,可以确定含番茄秸秆鲤鱼饲料挤压膨化较优喂料速度区间在50 r/min时鲤鱼饲料各项指标都表现较优异。

摘  要:
In order to study the effect of feeding speed of twin-screw extruder on the feed quality of carp with tomato straw, the following five aspects were studied with feeding speed as a variable: swelling degree, texture characteristics, molding quality, particle powder content and water stability. The results showed that when the feeding speed was about 35~45 r/min, the expansion degree of feed was the best; the selection of feeding speed about 50 r/min can ensure that all the texture indexes of the test carp feed are in a better range; when the feeding speed was about 50 r/min, the quality of feed formation was the best; when the feeding speed was about 45~50 r/min, the powder content of feed was the lowest; when the feeding speed was about 50~55 r/min, the material is most stable in water. Considering the expansion degree, texture index, molding quality, powder content and water stability, it can be determined that the optimal feeding speed range of extrusion expansion of carp feed containing tomato straw is about 50 r/min, at this time, all indexes of carp feed are excellent.
