The development and utilization of dairy bull calves resources worth academic concern and research along with the rapid development of dairy and the increasing of dairy bull calves in recent years.The paper reviewed the high-quality beef and bovine serum production by fattening of dairy bull calves,the integrated utilization of organs and development of hide leathers.
