摘  要:
[目的]研究不同处理对普通丝瓜种子萌发特性的影响。[方法]以鄂丝瓜1号种子为试材,研究浸种时间、赤霉素处理和干热处理对丝瓜种子发芽率和发芽势的影响。[结果]丝瓜浸种12 h以上,可以提高丝瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率,其中浸种24 h的发芽势和发芽率最高,达到39.30%和85.87%;赤霉素处理能够显著提高丝瓜种子的发芽势和发芽率,其中浓度300 mg/L、浸种8 h处理的发芽势和发芽率最高,达到52.92%和90.67%,赤霉素浸种时间以8 h为宜;丝瓜种子对高温反应较为敏感,处理温度和时间不宜过高和过长,其中处理温度在50℃、时间为1 h的发芽势和发芽率最高,分别达到44.67%和64.75%,干热处理对丝瓜种子的发芽率没有影响。[结论]该研究为丝瓜育苗生产提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] Effects of different treatments on seed germination of Luffa cylindrical Roem were studied. [Method]The effects of different seed soaking time,gibberellin treatment and dry heat treatment on the germination potential and germination rate of seed of L. cylindrical Roem cultivar E NO. 1 were studied. [Result] The results showed that seed soaking 12 hours in water could improve the germination potential and germination rate of L. cylindrical Roem seed. The highest germination potential and germination rate with soaking 24 h were recorded as 39. 30% and 85. 87%. Gibberellin treatment could significantly increase the germination and germination rate of L. cylindrical Roem seeds. The optimum concentration and seed soaking time of gibberellin was 300 mg / L and 8h,which could result in the highest germination potential reached 52. 92% and germination rate reached 90. 67%,and the seed soaking 8 hours should had better germination using gibberellin. The L. cylindrical Roem seeds were sensitive to the high-temperature processing. Processing temperature and time should not be too high and too long,the highest germination potential and germination rate with 50 ℃ for 1 h were recorded as 44. 67% and 64. 75%,the dry heat treatment had no effect on germination rate of L. cylindrical Roem seeds. [Conclusion]The study provides theory basis for L. cylindrical Roem seeds production.
