高校校园精神文化建设中存在的问题及对策研究

摘  要：
高校校园精神文化建设是衡量一个学校思想教育成败的重要标志,是培养时代新人的重要保障。以多所高校在校大学生意见诉求为数据,剖析了校园精神文化的内涵及作用,基于大学生的意见诉求分析校园精神文化建设存在的问题,提出校园精神文化建设的路径。以大学精神为核心,加强校园精神文化建设;以中国传统文化为基础,构建校园精神文化特色;开展人文素质教育,培育校园精神文化价值体系;加强学风建设,营造量好的校园精神文化氛围。对在校大学生进行价值引领和校园精神文化建设,是实现教育目标的重要途径。

摘  要：
The construction of university culture is an important indicator of the success or failure of ideological education in university, and an important guarantee for the cultivation of successors in the new era. Based on the data of the opinions and demands of students in several universities, this paper analyzes the connotation and function of campus spiritual culture, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of campus spiritual culture, and proposes the path of campus spiritual culture construction. Take the university spirit as the core, strengthen the campus culture construction; build campus characteristic culture based on traditional Chinese culture; carry out humanistic quality education, cultivate the campus culture value system; step up the improvement of study style, and create a good campus culture atmosphere. It is an important way to achieve educational goals by carrying out value guidance and campus spiritual culture construction for college students.
