光周期、昼/夜与根/冠温度对苋菜苗生长发育的影响

摘  要:
为了确定控制环境下的最适光、温条件,所选Amaranthus tricolor的六个栽培品种放入不同光周期、昼/夜和根/冠温度组合下处理。其中5种苋菜的开花反应均对短日照处理敏感。4种表现出短日植物的特性,在15-22天苗龄、8小时日照,2-4天便可出现花芽。30℃日温和25℃夜温为最适营养生长条件。相对较高的根温有利于早期营养生长。

摘  要:
To ascertain optimum light and temperature conditions for rapid, high-yield cultivation of leaf amaranth under controlled environment, six local common cultivars are chosen and subjected to treatments with various photoper- iod, day/night and root/shoot temperature combinations. Plants are raised in solution culture under artificial illumination in programme-controlled growth chambers (Conviron SIOH). Root temperature is seperately controlled in large thermo-bottles. Five of the six cultivars show short day behavior in blooming and gradations in sensitivity, the early green cultivar being the most sensitive; The rest four cultivars, at the age of 15-22 days, respond to eight hour exposu- re for 2-4 days. 30℃ day temperature and 25℃ night temperature are most favourable to vegetative growth. Relatively higher root temperature seems desirable in early vegetative growth.
