大关县筇竹产业发展探讨

摘  要：
筇竹是国家三级保护植物,大关筇竹资源占世界筇竹面积的59%,筇竹是大关县最具发展潜力的生物资源。倾力打造以筇竹为主的"一县一业"产业,既是生态文明建设的迫切要求,又是践行"两山"理论的必然选择,也是实现精准脱贫的重要保证,更是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。大力发展筇竹产业,实现乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、生活富裕的发展目标,具有重要的历史和现实意义。

摘  要：
Qiongzhuea tumidinoda is a wild plant under state protection(category Ⅲ), Q.tumidinoda is the most potential biological resource in Daguan County and its resources account for 59% of the world′s Q.tumidinoda area. It is not only an urgent requirement for the construction of ecological civilization, but also an inevitable choice for practicing the ′two mountains′ theory to strive to create a ′one county, one industry′ industry based on Q.tumidinoda. Moreover, it is an important guarantee for achieving accurate poverty alleviation and an important starting point for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. It is of great historical and practical significance to vigorously develop the Q.tumidinoda area industry and realize the development goals of rural industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, and affluence.
