截齿尺寸对纵轴式截割头截割性能的影响

摘  要:
为合理选择硬岩掘进机上的截齿类型,以EBZ—160型掘进机截割头为原型,采用4种直径不同的硬质合金头截齿,运用MATLAB程序模拟截割头的载荷情况。模拟结果表明,在截割硬岩时,截割头所受载荷波动较大,并随截齿尺寸的增大,平均载荷逐渐增加,其规律性为掘进机上截齿的合理选择提供依据。

摘  要:
To choose pick type of road header reasonably,the paper took the cutting head of the EBZ—160type heading machine as the prototype,adopted the four kinds of picks with different Carbide head diameter,and used the MATLAB software to simulate the load of cutting head.The results showed that when the hard rock is cutting,the fluctuation of load on the cutting head is bigger,and the average load increases with the increasing of pick size.This regularity provides the basis for the reasonable selection of picks.
