药物安钠咖有强心、松驰肠管平滑肌的作用。疗马肠阻塞疝痛时,始终要增强肠蠕动,才能把阻塞物排除体外。当病马需使用强心剂时,若使用安钠咖,导致肠管平滑肌松驰,影响疗效。据作者数例临床观察,肠阻塞疝痛病的治疗不宜用安钠咖,宜用含强心甙之类的药物。

摘 要：
The drug the injectio caffeini et natrii benzoatis has rising power of the heart and relaxing the smooth muscle of the intestines.Treating the horse for disease of intestines obstrution colic,only rising peristales of the intestines from beginning to end.The thing of obstrution is eliminated from the body.When the hors of disease needs using cardiotonic the drug,if uses the inijectio caffeini et natrii benzoatis,leads to the smooth muscle relaxing of the intestines,affects a remedy effect.According to several cases clinical observation,therapy of the intestines obstrution colic diseose does not use the injectio caffeini et natrii benzoatis suitably,uses containing cardiac glycoside a drugs suitably.
