高校体育教师能力标准评价指标体系的分析

摘  要：
针对高校体育教师的能力标准,用层次分析法对影响体育教师能力的各层次和诸因素建立综合评价的分析模型,确定了47项具体的评价指标,为高校体育教师能力标准评价工作提供科学量化依据。

摘  要：
Based on university gym instructor's competence criteria,the paper establishes an analytical model for comprehensively evaluating various levels and factors that influence gym instructors' competence by the use of AHP method.47 concrete appraisals indices were established.The author hopes that this model could provide a scientific quantitative basis for university gym instructor competence criteria appraisal work.
