加速实现水稻开发区现代化的思考

摘  要：
黑龙江省在10余年的农业综合开发中,改造中低田和开垦宜农荒地,共建设水稻开发小区513个,总面积达66.67万hm~2。水稻开发区普遍获得了显著的经济、社会和生态效益,对于改善生产条件、优化种植结构、提高粮食产量及增加农民收入均发挥了重要作用,被国家农业综合开发办公室授予“水田开发先进省”。在农业综合开发再上新台阶的新形势下,加速水田开发区的现代化进程,是我省农业综合开发战线的重要任务。为此就如何加速实现水稻开发区现代化加以论述。

摘  要：
During 10 years period of agricultural improhensive development, Heilongjiang has built 513 small rice development zones, total area is 666700 hm2. The zones have gained remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits. It had made an important action for improving production condition, optimizing the planting structure, increasing the yield and the farmer's incoming. For this reason, in this paper, we discuss how to accelerated realizing modernization of rice development zones.
