科研机构科研人员薪酬体系研究

摘  要:
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和科技体制改革的不断深入,科研机构要想在激烈的竞争中站住脚,关键是要吸引和稳住科研人才队伍。因此,人才的激励成为科研机构现在及未来发展中首先必须要解决的问题,如何发挥好科研人员薪酬的激励作用,是科研机构要重点考虑的问题。为此提出与科研人员受聘岗位,科研机构绩效、团队绩效及科研人员绩效挂钩的岗位绩效薪酬体系设计方案。

摘  要:
With the establishment of the socialist market-oriented economic system and further reforming of the science and technology system, it is of great significance to attract talents and stabilize talent teams in an agricultural research organization that wants to win in the fierce competition. Talent incentive mechanism should therefore be established, in which compensation-based incentive is very important. A scheme for post performance compensation system for researchers was made based on post and the performances from the institution, teamship and researcher.
