调整垫片对油气弹簧开阀速度影响的研究

摘  要:
阐述了多片阀片叠加的优点,给出了油气弹簧节流阀的结构和原理,论述了调整垫片在油气弹簧中的作用。根据在相同压力阀片弯曲变形量相等的当量关系,对在有、无调整垫片两种情况下,对节流阀片当量厚度进行了对比分析和计算;对调整垫片对单片节流阀片和多片叠加节流阀片的开阀速度的影响进行了研究;对开阀速度的变化量和变化率与调整垫片厚度的关系进行了分析;最后通过实例对调整垫片厚度对开阀速度、速度变化量和开阀速度的变化率的影响进行了分析验证,可知,在节流阀片当量厚度不变的情况下,调整垫片可以调节油气弹簧的开阀速度,更好地满足对油气弹簧的阻尼特性的要求,为油气弹簧的优化设计、特性分析提供重要的参考价值。

摘  要:
The paper discusses the advantages of folding numbers of throttleslice,expatiates on the structure and the working principle of hydro-pneumatic spring throttle-slice,expounds the function of adjust shim in hydro-pneumatic spring,and according to the equivalent relation of bend deformation of throttle-slice in same pressure,contrasts with and calculates the(equivalent) thickness of throttle-slice with or without adjust shim.The influence of adjust shim to the opening velocity of throttle-slice opening with one piece of slice or pieces of folding slice is investigated,the relations between the changing quantity and ratio of opening velocity of throttle-slice and the thickness of adjust shim are analyzed.The result shows that the adjust shim could adjust the opening velocity of hydro-pneumatic spring throttleslice,satisfies the demand of hydro-pneumatic spring damping performance when the equivalent thickness of throttle-slice does not change,which has the important(reference) value to the optimization design and performance analyses.
