摘 要:
在黄瓜幼苗第1真叶横宽5cm期,分别用西芹种子的乙醇、丙酮、蒸馏水3种浸提液处理(灌根2次)黄瓜植株后,测定其体内SOD、POD和CAT活性的变化,以研究西芹种子浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌化感作用的机理。结果表明:经3种西芹种子浸提液处理黄瓜植株后,植株体内SOD、POD和CAT活性均显著高于对照。水浸提液处理后的SOD、POD和CAT活性分别比对照提高了27.03%~31.27%、28.57%~52.27%和35.71%~47.73%;乙醇浸提液处理后SOD、POD和CAT的活性分别比对照提高了15.83%~43.55%、26.47%~36.53%和25.15%~34.85%;丙酮浸提液处理后的SOD、POD和CAT活性分别比对照提高了35.28%~26.55%、20.13%~42.86%和18.19%~38.89%,差异都达到了显著水平。说明经处理后,黄瓜植株体内SOD、POD和CAT酶活性升高,清除体内自由氧的能力提高,防止膜脂过氧化,保护细胞膜不受伤害,从而提高黄瓜对其枯萎病的抗病性。

Cucumber seedlings wered irrigated twice by three kinds of extracts(ethanol,acetone and aqueous) of the seed of parsley,at the stage of first euphylla(the wide of leaf reached 5cm),Then Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Catalase,(CAT) and Perxidase(POD) activity in leaf of cucumber were measured,in order to study the mechanism of allelopathy of extracts of the seed of parsley on Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumerinum.The result showed that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT after which were irrigated were higher than that of the control obviously.After aqueous extract of seed treatment,activity of SOD,POD and CAT were higher respectively 27.03% ~ 31.27%,28.57% ~ 52.27% and 35.71% ~ 47.73% than that of the control obviously.After ethanol extract of seed treatment,activities of SOD,POD and CAT were higher respectively 15.83% ~ 43.55%,26.47%~ 36.53% and 25.15% ~ 34.85% than that of the control obviously.After acetone extract of seed treatment,activities of SOD,POD and CAT were higher respectively 35.28% ~ 26.55%,20.13% ~ 42.86% and 18.19% ~ 38.89% than that of the control obviously,and the differences between them all reached significant.It was showed that activities of SOD,POD and CAT after extracts of seed treatment were higher than that of the control obviously,so then ability of decreasing free oxygen was increased,ability of resistance to Fusarium oxysporium.sp.cucumerinum was enhanced.
