摘  要:
将机器视觉识别技术应用于活塞装配 ,研制开发的活塞装配机器视觉识别系统成功地解决了发动机生产厂在活塞装配中存在的漏装、反装和混装问题 ,保证了活塞装配质量 ,减轻了工人的劳动强度。

摘  要:
The assemble quality of pistons has severe influence on the performance of vehicle engine. With the aid of machine vision recognition technology, the missed assembling, reversed assembling and mixed assembling of the pistons could be successfully avoided, it makes the piston assembling quality stable and labour intensity lower. The piston machine vision inspecting system that developed by authors has been applied to engine assembly in an automobile factory since Oct. 2002.
