灌溉用水定额及其调节系数计算和有关问题探讨

摘  要：
首先阐述了灌溉定额、灌溉用水定额、调节系数等概念的内涵并选择河南省主要灌溉分区的典型农作物小麦,对其各种灌溉组合下的灌溉用水定额调查值进行统计并与应用调节系数法计算得出的结果进行对比分析,结果表明利用调节系数法计算各种灌溉组合的灌溉用水定额从原理和方法上是合理、可靠的,但在实际应用中还存在一定的问题。总结了当前编制灌溉用水定额面临的主要问题及对策措施,对进一步研究的内容提出几点建议。

摘  要：
In the paper the definitions of irrigation norm, irrigation water quota and accommodation coefficient are described. Analysis is made on comparison between the statistics of investigation data of irrigation water quota for wheatthe typical crop in major irrigation areas in Henan, under different irrigation combination and the results of calculation with accommodation coefficient. It is demonstrated that calculating of irrigation water quota for different irrigation combination with accommodation coefficient is reasonable and reliable in terms of principle and methodology, however, certain problems could be found in practical application. The major problems in working out irrigation water quota presently and counter measures are discussed about and principal issues to be further studied are put forward in the paper.
