摘 要：
In this study, we review synoptically the history of specialty talents in sericulture of Suzhou University Sericulture College, and for look hack at the situation of allocation and distribution of people on sericultural technology. AS a result, we think the network for sericultural talents formed newly is the impotent ensurance to make Jiangsu Province become the major region in sericultural technology. Meanwhile, to perfect such a network so as to make better contribution for develop ing the local economy of Jiangsu Province, we muse emphasize the importance to insist on continuing the Ways to serve ser iculture of the Province, running school in various levels, enrolling from different resources and culturing talentS in various models.
