7个雷竹类型(种源)竹笋营养及矿质元素含量分析

摘  要:
雷竹是早竹的变种,是我国传统的优良笋用竹种,作为食物资源已有悠久的栽培历史.在长期的自然演化和人工栽培过程中,产生了若干变异类型.本文对7个不同雷竹栽培类型(种源)进行了引种试验,经过3年的观测,生长良好,现对其竹笋营养进行分析,结果显示,7个雷竹笋中营养成分及矿质元素含量具有一定的差异性.其中,营养成分以细叶乌稍雷竹(弋阳)最高,其次为花竿雷竹、青壳雷竹和安徽早竹;矿质元素含量以玲珑雷竹最高,其机理有待于进一步研究.本文研究结果为进一步筛选优良笋用类型奠定了基础.

摘  要:
Phyllostachys violascens is a traditional and excellent shoot-used bamboo in China, and it is a variety of Ph.praecox. As a food resource, it has a long history of cultivation. There are many cultivation types(provenances) in the longterm natural evolution and artificial cultivation. In this paper, 7 types of introduction tests were carried out, after three years' observation, all types grow well. The bamboo shoots of 7 Ph. violascens types were analyzed, and the results showed that the nutrient composition and mineral element content have differences. Among them, Ph. violascens ‘Linanensis'(Yiyang) had the highest nutrient content, followed by Ph. violascens ‘Viridisulcata', green-shell Ph. violascens and Ph. violascens‘Anhuiensis'. Mineral element content of Ph. violascens ‘Linglong' was the highest, and its mechanism needs further study.The results of this study laid a foundation for further screening of excellent shoot types.
