从浙江农村图书馆的现状出发,分析农村乡、村两级图书馆不能巩固发展的原因,借鉴先进地区的经验,探讨了如何促进农村图书馆事业的发展,意在建立一个满足农村读者对图书文献信息需求的长效机制。

Starting from the present situation of the rural libraries in Zhejiang Province,this paper has analyzed the reason why rural and urban library cannot be consolidated and developed,referenced the experience of the advanced districts,probed into ways to promote development of the country library,aimed to build an effective mechanism that can meet the demands for document and information by rural readers.
