完全甜柿遗传改良研究进展

摘  要:
在湖北罗田和麻城为中心的大别山区分布的系列中国原产完全甜柿(简称"中国甜柿"或CPCNA)是世界罕见的柿属植物种质资源,其与日本原产完全甜柿(简称"日本甜柿"或JPCNA)独立起源及其自然脱涩受显性单基因位点控制的特点,在完全甜柿遗传改良中具有重大的应用价值。在简要介绍日本甜柿遗传改良研究和育种成就的基础上,重点阐述中国甜柿自然脱涩性状遗传规律及其早期筛选,并主要基于最近的研究结果对中国甜柿快速遗传改良技术体系的研究近况进行了总结。

摘  要:
A series of PCNA persimmon originated in China(termed Chinese PCNA persimmon or CPC-NA),distributed in Luotian and Macheng of Hubei province mainly,is a rare germplasm of Diospyros Linn. in the world. There are two important and valuable characteristic for PCNA genetic improvement.One is that CPCNA were evolved independently with PCNA persimmon originated in Japan(termed Japa-nese PCNA persimmon or JPCNA),and the other is that the natural deastringency trait of CPCNA wascontrolled by a single dominant gene locus. Here,on the basis of reviewing the achievement of genetic im-provement and breeding in JPCNA briefly,we focus on the inheritance of natural astringency-loss andearly screening for hybrid population in CPCNA. At last,we propose a comprehensive summary on the ge-netic improvement system for CPCNA based on the recent research results.
