低温产甲烷复合菌系的选育及干、湿发酵的比较

摘  要:
将3个低温厌氧环境样品Y、S、Z进行干、湿发酵低温驯化,选育适宜低温干、湿发酵的稳定、高效产甲烷复合菌系.样品Y、S、Z在(19±0.5)℃条件下进行干发酵低温驯化,分别在第6代、第7代、第6代产气基本稳定,第8代65 d总产气量分别为42.60、40.50、41.70 L,总固体(TS)产气率分别为266.25、253.13、260.63 L/kg.复合菌系Y最适接种量为25%,甲烷含量最高为72.9%,COD去除率最高为77.17%;样品Y、S、Z在相同条件下进行湿法酸化发酵低温驯化,分别在第7代、第7代、第8代产气基本稳定,第9代55 d总产气量分别为35.48、34.52、33.78 L,TS产气率分别为221.75、215.75、211.13 L/kg;3组复合菌系稳定世代在干发酵和湿法酸化发酵中均使得沼气发酵启动期比第1代提前5 d以上.经差异显著性分析,相同发酵方法下不同复合菌系间总产气量差异达到显著水平.

摘  要:
The stable and efficient methane-producing composite strains,which were suitable for dry and wet low-temperature fermentation,were bred from three low-temperature anaerobic environmental samples(Y,S,and Z) by dry and wet fermentation.When the samples of Y,S,and Z were dry fermented and low-temperature acclimated at(19±0.5 ℃),the gas production of these samples were basically stable at the 6th generation,7th generation,and 6th generation respectively,the total gas production amount at the 8th generation on 65 days were 42.60,40.50,and 41.70 L respectively.The TS gas production rates were 266.25,253.13,and 260.63 L / kg.The optimal inoculum size,the highest methane production amount,and the COD removal rate of composite strain Y were 25%,72.9%,and 77.17%.When Y,S,and Z were wet fermented and low-temperature acclimated under the same conditions,the gas production were basically stable at the 7th generation,7th generation,and 8th generation respectively,the total gas production amount at 9th generation on 55 days were 35.48,34.52,and 33.78 L.The TS gas production rates were 221.75,215.75,and 211.13 L / kg.These three composite strains all advanced the start-up period of methane fermentation for five days or more.There was obvious difference in total gas production amount among the three composite strains.
