稳定剂在苎麻氧化脱胶中的工艺优化

摘  要:
本文探索了稳定剂在苎麻氧化脱胶中的使用条件,即稳定剂用量、烧碱用量、氧化脱胶时间及氧化脱胶温度,优化出最佳条件。研究表明:在单因子实验中,稳定剂用量1%时,氧化脱胶时间50min时,Na OH用量3%时,氧化脱胶温度80℃时,苎麻精干麻性能分别达到最佳;该实验结果为以后探索稳定剂最优工艺提供了基础。

摘  要:
This paper described the study about how to use the stabilizers during oxidized degumming for ramie. The explored reaction factors included the dosage of stabilizers and caustic soda,degumming time,and degumming temperature. The best reaction condition was hopefully optimized. The results showed that in the single factor experiment,when the dosage of stabilizer was 1%,the dosage of caustic soda was 3%,the degumming time was 50 min and the degumming temperature was 80℃,the properties of ramie fiber could be the best respectively. This experimental result would provide a basis for exploring the optimal process of the stabilizers in future.
