FSHβ基因与公鹅精液品质性状的关联分析

摘  要:
采用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术检测了143只籽鹅公鹅FSHβ亚基基因内含子2上SNP(C126T)的多态性,并分析了该SNP位点与精液品质性状(精液体积、精子密度、精子畸形率和精子活率)的相关性。结果显示FSHβ亚基基因内含子2的C126T突变产生三种基因型:CC型、CT型和TT型,其基因型频率分别为0.08、0.44和0.48;TT型精液体积显著高于CC型和CT型(P<0.05);CC型和TT型个体的精子密度显著高于CT型(P<0.05),CC型和TT型之间差异不显著(P>0.05);TT型和CT型的精子活率差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于CC型(P<0.05)。在FSHβ亚基基因第2内含子SNP(C126T)位点,TT型是精液品质性状的优势基因型。FSHβ基因在公鹅精子生成的过程中可能有重要的调控作用。

摘  要:
One single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP),C126 T was identified at intron 2 of FSHβ gene by using matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS),and analyzed the association of the SNP(C126T)with 4semen quality traits in 143 Zie geese.3 genotypes of the SNP(C126T)were identified in the study population and the frequencies of CC,CT,and TT were 0.08,0.44 and 0.48 respectively. The semen volume of the TT genotype was significantly higher than that of CC and CT genotype(P<0.05). The sperm density of CC and TT genotype was significantly higher than that of CT genotype(P<0.05),while that of CC and TT was not differ significantly(P>0.05). TT and CT possessed the higher sperm motility than that of CC(P<0.05),and TT and CT was differ significantly in sperm motility(P >0.05). Above all,Zi geese of TT genotype in FSHβ gene SNP(C126T)possessed the better male reproductively. The results showed that FSHβ gene was a good candidate gene and might play important roles in sperm genesis process.
