The paper introduces the characteristics of universities library cataloguing that include namely large amount of copy cataloguing,little amount of originally cataloguing and some cataloguing business outsourcing;Then,it discusses the measures to adapt to the new changes of universities library cataloguing work from such aspects as personnel adjustments,strengthening data checking,personnel oneself countermeasures.
