摘 要：
To evaluate the safety of compound Folium Rumicis Dehtati injectionin clinical application,LD_(50) in mice was determined by improved Karber method,pyrogen,stimulation test were detected. The result of its acute toxicity test indicated:LD_(50) of the compound injection was 25.6 g/kg·bw,which belonged to non-toxic and was non-inflammatory,pyrogen-free.
