摘 要:
为探索出低温胁迫后适宜香蕉幼苗恢复生长的最佳脱落酸(ABA)浓度,试验以5~8叶龄香蕉幼苗为材料,经低温胁迫后喷施0、15、20、25 mg/L 4个处理浓度的ABA,研究ABA对寒害后香蕉幼苗恢复生长的影响。结果表明,相对于未喷施ABA的处理(对照),ABA能够在寒害后提高香蕉幼苗的POD活性、SOD活性和叶绿素含量,降低相对电导率和MDA含量,增加叶片组织结构SR值,保持植株绿叶数,降低植株叶片受害率和死亡率,提高植株的恢复率。综合分析,恢复效果最好的是20 mg/L ABA处理。

摘 要:
To explore the optimal concentration of abscisic acid(ABA) on the recovery growth of banana seedlings under the low temperature stress, banana seedlings with 5~8 leaf were used as the test material. The ABA of 0, 15, 20, 25 mg / L was sprayed on the banana seedlings. Comparing with CK, ABA increased POD activity, SOD activity and chlorophyll content,decreased the relative conductivity and the MDA content, increased the tissue SR values of leaves, keeped the plant leaves,lowered victim rate and mortality of leaves, improved the recovery rate of plant in leaves under the stress of low temperature.Comprehensive analysis showed that the optimal concentration of ABA for recovery growth of banana seedlings was 20 mg / L.
