培养基有机成分及光照时数对甘薯脱毒苗试管快繁的影响

摘  要:
以 M S 培养 基为 基础, 探讨了 培养基 中的 有机营 养成 分( 除 蔗糖外) 及 光照在 试管苗 快繁中的作 用。结果 表明,缺 乏有机营 养成分( 除蔗糖外) 对试 管苗 生长 无显 著影 响。光 照不 仅影 响试管苗的 器官建 成,也影响 试管苗 的生长,光 照时数 以不低于 16 h/d 为宜。

摘  要:
Based on the MS Medium,the effect of organic compositions(except sugar)and illumination hours on the micropropagation was studied. The results showed that lacking for organic compositions(except sugar)had no significant influence to the growth of the plantlets,and illumination hours affected not only the organ formation but also the growth of the tube plantlets.It was better not to below 16 h/d.
