不同体长斑纹舌鰕虎鱼鱼体成分的研究

摘 要:
为探讨斑纹舌鰕虎鱼(Glossogobius olivaceus)鱼体化学成分随生长的变化规律,2010年6月于韩江下游潮州江段采集斑纹舌鰕虎鱼36尾,按体长(91.0-100.0、101.0-110.0、111.0-120.0、121.0-130.0和131.0-140.0 mm)分为5个组,分别测定鱼体化学成分,估算其能量密度。结果显示,斑纹舌鰕虎鱼鱼体含水量(WAT)、蛋白质含量(PRO)、脂肪(FAT)、灰分含量(ASH)占鲜重的比例范围分别为72.57%~75.98%、13.76%~17.40%、6.32%~9.23%和2.66%~3.20%,能量密度范围为5.70~7.75 kJ/g;各体长组间PRO、FAT和能量密度均随体长的增加而增加,且与体重呈极显著的正线性关系(P<0.01),但WAT、ASH反随体长的增加而减少,且与体重呈负线性相关关系(P<0.01);分析还表明,WAT与PRO、FAT、能量密度呈极显著的负线性相关关系,而与ASH呈正线性相关关系(P<0.01)。

摘 要:
To observe the variation of body composition of Glossogobius olivaceus,36 specimens were collected from the lower reaches of Hanjiang River in June,2010,and divided into 5 groups according to the body length(91.0-100.0,101.0-110.0,111.0-120.0,121.0-130.0 and 131.0-140.0 mm).Chemical compositions were measured and energy density was estimated.The results showed that the contents of water,protein,lipid and ash(represented by percentage in fresh body weight of fish) ranged 72.57%~75.98%,13.76%~17.40%,6.32%~9.23% and 2.66%~3.20%,respectively.The energy density(E) ranged 5.74~7.75 kJ/g.With the increase of body lenth(L),the content of protein(PRO),the content of protein lipid(FAT) and the energy density(E) increased significantly,while the content of ash and the content of water(WAT) decreased significantly.The contents of PRO,FAT and E are all positively correlated with body weight(W)(P<0.01),while ASH and WAT are negatively correlated with W(P<0.01).The contents of PRO,FAT and E are all negatively correlated with WAT,but ASH is positively correlated with WAT(P<0.01).
