胚胎移植受体山羊同期发情技术研究

摘 要：
为了提高胚胎移植受体山羊同期发情效率,分别采用二次PG(方案Ⅰ)、CIDR+FSH+PG(方案Ⅱ)、CIDR+PMSG+PG(方案Ⅲ)3种同期发情方案对本地山羊进行同期发情处理研究。结果表明:方案Ⅱ与方案Ⅲ比较,同期发情率差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于方案Ⅰ(P<0.05)。方案Ⅱ黄体率显著高于方案Ⅰ(P<0.05),极显著高于方案Ⅲ(P<0.01)。综合分析各处理的发情率、黄体率,方案Ⅱ同期发情效果最好,适合在生产中使用。

摘 要：
In order to improve the synchronization estrus efficiency of recipient goat,two injection apart of PG( scheme Ⅰ),CIDR + FSH + PG( scheme Ⅱ) and CIDR + PMSG + PG( schemeⅢ) were applied to treat local goats in this study. The results demonstrated that there were no significant difference between scheme Ⅱ and scheme Ⅲ in estrus rate,but significantly higher than that of scheme Ⅰ( P < 0. 05). The corpus luteum ratein schemeⅡ was higher than that of scheme Ⅰ( P < 0. 05),and was significantly higher than that of scheme Ⅲ( P < 0. 01). According to estrus rate and the rate of good quality corpus luteum,the method used in scheme Ⅱ was the best of all and could be used in the production.
