套袋苹果发育过程中果皮成分及相关酶活性研究

摘  要:
以套袋红富士为试材,对其发育过程中果皮粗纤维、果胶及与果皮细胞壁成分相关的酶活性进行了测定。结果表明,套袋对果皮粗纤维和果胶含量及酶活性变化起了抑制作用,但对其变化趋势作用不明显。这证实了套袋后形成的微环境对果皮结构发育起了作用。

摘  要:
The main contents of the study were the pectin and the coarse cellulose and the activity of theenzymes involved the pericarp cell wall by using Red Fuji'apple as material during apple development.The results show that bagging had depressed the changing of the quantity of the coarse cellulose and pectin and activity of relative enzymes,but the effect of the changing trend was not obvious.It has shown that the micro environment formed after bagging had effected on the development of the pericarp structure.
