肉桂醛制剂替代生长前期猪饲粮中抗生素的作用效果

摘 要:
为探讨肉桂醛制剂替代生长前期猪饲粮中抗生素粘杆菌素和杆菌肽锌合剂的作用效果,试验分2个批次即试验1和试验2。试验1选取90头63日龄健康的杜×长×大三元杂交生长前期猪,按体质量相似和性别比例相同的原则将其分为3组,即对照组、试验A组和试验B组。每组30头猪,每组2个重复,每个重复15头猪。对照组猪被喂以生长前期猪常规饲粮,其中含有粘杆菌素、杆菌肽锌合剂;分别用肉桂醛制剂A和B替代生长前期猪常规饲粮中粘杆菌素和杆菌肽锌合剂相应地饲喂试验A组猪和试验B组猪。试验2的设计方案同试验1用以验证其结果。每次试验的饲养周期为28 d。结果显示,试验A和B组猪的腹泻率和腹泻指数显著地(P<0.05)降低;增重和饲料转化率显著地(P<0.05)提高;血清TP含量、CAT、SOD、GSH-Px活性和T-AOC均不同程度地高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清GPT活性、MDA含量显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地低于对照组;血清中蓝耳病抗体、伪狂犬病抗体含量都显著地高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中猪瘟抗体、圆环病毒抗体、口蹄疫抗体和Ig G含量都不同程度地高于对照组。试验1,2中3组猪血清Glu、UN含量以及GOT活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。这些结果表明,肉桂醛制剂能替代生长前期猪饲粮中粘杆菌素和杆菌肽锌合剂,且前者的效果更好。肉桂醛制剂能较好地预防控制生长前期猪腹泻症,增强猪体抗氧化能力,促进猪生长,提高饲料转化率。肉桂醛制剂B的应用效果比肉桂醛制剂A好。

摘 要:
The effects of substitution of cinnamyl aldehyde preparation for colistin and bacitracin zinc in growing pig diet were studied. The experiments included two batches,experiment 1 and experiment 2. In the experiment 1,ninety 63-day-old healthy three-way crossbred( Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) growing pigs were divided into three groups,the control group,the experimental group A and B according to the similar weight and the same sex ratio,30 pigs in each group with 15 pigs per repeat. The control group pigs were fed to the common diet containing colistin and bacitracin zinc. The experimental group A and B pigs were respectively fed on the common diet substituted cinnamyl aldehyde preparation A or B for colistin and bacitracin zinc. The design methods in the experiment 2 were as the same as those in the experiment 1. The feeding experimental period of each experiment was 28 days. Compared with the control group,the diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of the experimental group A and B pigs decreased significantly( P < 0. 05); ADG and FCR of the experimental group raised significantly( P < 0. 05); the concentration of TP,the activity of CAT,SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC in pig serum increased( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01); MDA in the experimental group pig serum decreased significantly( P < 0. 05 or 0. 01); PRV-Ab,PRRSV-Ab in serum of the experimental group pig was significantly elevated( P < 0. 05),CSFV-Ab,PCV-Ab and FMDV-Ab and Ig G in serum of the experimental group pig increased. The substitution of cinnamyl aldehyde preparation for colistin and bacitracin zinc in diet had active effect on body health of growing pig; and at different degree,improved ADG,FCR,TP in serum,decreased the concentration of GPT and MDA in serum,increased anti-oxidation. The effectiveness of cinnamyl aldehyde preparation B seems better than that of cinnamyl aldehyde preparation A.
