实习基地建设对高校就业工作及本科生培养的影响

摘  要：
结合西南林业大学材料科学与工程学院部分就业实习基地及就业人数的数据及访谈结果,对就业实习基地与高校就业工作进行相关性分析。针对就业实习基地整体就业有效性偏低、就业有效性差异较大的情况,提出了增强校企合作粘度、拓宽就业实习基地范围、创新、丰富校企合作方式、拓宽就业实习基地范围、合理制定考核目标的相关建议。

摘  要：
Combining the data and interview results of some employment practice bases and the number of employees in College of Materials Science and Engineering of Southwest Forestry University, this paper makes a correlation analysis between the employment practice base and the employment work in universities. In view of the situation that the overall employment effectiveness of the employment practice base is low and the employment effectiveness is quite different, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the cooperation intensity between schools and enterprises, and widen the scope of the employment practice base, make innovations, enrich the cooperation mode between schools and enterprises, and rationally formulate the assessment objectives.
