NAA与日本园试配方营养液对中华常春藤水插的影响

摘  要：
采用水培法,以中华常春藤为试验材料,研究5 mg/L、10 mg/L、15 mg/L、20 mg/L NAA和1倍、1/2倍、1/4倍日本园试配方营养液交叉配比对常春藤插条根和上部形态指标,包括根长、根数、根成活率、新叶数、植株整体生长状况等的影响。结果表明:NAA 10 mg/L和1/2倍日本园试培养液组合水培,对中华常春藤插条促根效果最为显著,平均根长、平均根数、根成活率、新叶数均为最大值,与对照差异显著,且植株生长快、健壮;NAA对于插条生根的影响,显著大于日本园试配方营养液。

摘  要：
Taking Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis as test material, with clean water as control, the effect of different concentrations of NAA(5 mg/L、10 mg/L、15 mg/L、20 mg/L) and Japanese-style garden nutrient solution(1 time, 1/2time,1/4 time) on morphological indicators of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis were studied through hydroponic. The results showed that when NAA was 10mg/L and 1/2 time and the Japanese-style garden nutrient solution was 1/2time,the rooting of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis cuttings was the best, the average root length, average root number and root rate,new leaves number of the treatment reached the maximum. They were different from the CK significantly. Growing dynamic of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis was the best at the treatment. And to the effect of promoting root in Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis cuttings, NAA was better than Japanese-style garden nutrient solution significantly.
