学前教育改革背景下幼儿园园长领导力的提升策略

摘  要:
在学前教育改革的宏观背景下,对幼儿园园长的领导力发挥提出了全新要求。如何适应时代发展,打造科学管理方案,支持幼儿园园长领导力的全面提升,成为学前教育领域一项重要的研究课题。为此,本文分析了当前培育发展幼儿园园长领导力的局限性,并结合学前教育改革中对幼儿园园长的领导力要求,提出了幼儿园园长领导力的提升策略,以期幼教工作质量与水平的稳步提升。

摘  要:
under the macro background of preschool education reform,a new demand has been put forward for the leadership of kindergarten directors.It has become an important research topic in the field of preschool education how to adapt to the development of the times,create a scientific management scheme,and support the all-round promotion of the leadership of the kindergarten head.To this end,this paper analyzes the limitations of the leadership of the kindergarten director,and puts forward the strategy of improving the leadership of the kindergarten director in order to improve the quality and level of preschool education with the leadership requirements of preschool education reform.
