紫外-可见分光光度法测定枫叶中的单宁

摘  要:
采用紫外-可见分光光度法在275 nm处对枫叶中单宁的含量进行测定。结果表明,紫外分光光度法测单宁的线性关系良好,回归方程为A=37.249c-0.001 8,R2=0.999 6,平均回收率为99.94%,RSD=0.70%,该法测定枫叶中单宁的含量简便、快速、准确。

摘  要:
The content of tannin in maple leaf was detected at 275 nm by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The results showed that a good linearity was obtained,the regression equation was A=37.249c-0.001 8,R2=0.999 6,average recovery was 99.94% with RSD of 0.70%.In a conclusion,this method is simple,rapid and accurate for determining tannin in maple leaf.
