4种木莲幼苗生长特性与光合生理研究

摘  要:
木兰科植物是被子植物中最原始的类群之一,是世界公认的多用途植物。其中的木莲属是木兰科的最原始类型,该属大多数是国家稀有保护物种。以香木莲、亮叶木莲、乳源木莲、法斗木莲4种木莲属植物1.5年生幼苗为材料,对其生长特性及光合生理指标日变化规律进行研究。结果表明,不同幼苗的净光合速率日变化规律没有明显的双峰曲线,不存在显著的午休现象;4种木莲的不同光合生理指标对比情况为:净光合速率大小依次为亮叶木莲>香木莲>乳源木莲>法斗木莲,蒸腾速率大小依次为乳源木莲>亮叶木莲>法斗木莲>香木莲,日均水分利用效率大小依次为亮叶木莲>香木莲>乳源木莲>法斗木莲;苗高相对生长量与日均净光合速率、日均蒸腾速率均呈显著正相关,但光合生理指标间无显著差异。

摘  要:
The Magnoliaceae is one of the most primitive groups of angiosperms, and it is recognized the multi-purpose plants in the world. In addition, Manglietia is the most primitive type of Magnoliaceae, is the national rare and protected species. This research about Manglietia aromatica Dandy, Manglietia yuyuanensis, Manglietia lucida, Manglietia fadouensis Law, four by genus Manglietia seedlings for 1.5 years materials, is studied about the growth characteristics and diurnal variation of photosynthetic indexes. The results show that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of different seedling bimodal curve of no obvious, and there are no significant and the lunch break, where NET photosynthetic rate of Manglietia lucida for high, medium-high transpiration rate and water use efficiency;NET photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of Manglietia fadouensis law low, medium-high transpiration rate; medium-high NET photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of Manglietia aromatica Dandy, low water use efficiency; medium-high NET photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of Manglietia yuyuanensis, low transpiration rate. In addition, high relative growth of seedlings and the average daily net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate a day is sighificant positive correlation, but no significant difference between the photosynthetic physiological indicators.
