摘  要:
肠道微生物与机体之间始终保持着一种动态平衡的关系,它们不仅在机体的消化吸收方面发挥作用,而且在机体免疫、营养物质代谢等方面起着重要调节作用。近年来,随着宏基因组研究的快速发展,人们利用宏基因组在动物肠道菌群上进行了广泛研究,肠道微生物菌群结构及其在生理代谢途径中发挥的作用在此基础上得到了更全面的认识。综述宏基因组在肠道微生物方面的研究进展,旨在为动物生产相关领域的研究提供参考。

摘  要:
There is always a dynamic balance between intestinal microorganisms and the body. They not only play a role in digestion and absorption, but also play an important regulatory role in immunity, nutrient metabolism and other aspects of the body. In recent years, with the rapid development of the research on metasomes, people have conducted extensive researches on the intestinal flora of animals by using metasomes, on the basis of which the structure of intestinal microflora and the role they play in physiological metabolic pathways have been more comprehensively understood. Review the research progress of metagenomics in intestinal microorganisms, aiming to provide reference for the research in the field of animal production.
