从经济社会可持续发展对我国林业新的需求出发,针对地方国有林场存在的主要问题,提出应坚持走政府负责大众参与的路线,并阐述了发展森林资源资产评估机构和加强森林资源监测体系建设的作用和意义,希望有助于国有林场改革与发展的推进。

摘 要：
Starting from the new requirements to sustainable development of economy and society for forestry in China,the author presented that reform and development of local state-owned forest farms should take the way of government's responsibility and public participation against the main problems,and expounded the roles and significance of developing forest resources assets evaluation institutions and strengthening construction of forest resources monitoring system,which were expected to help the reform and development of state-owned forest farms in China.
