采用0.1NHC1为提取剂提取了赤红壤、冲积土、红壤及砖红壤中的Cu,Pb,Cd,As,研究了这4种重金属对发光杆菌发光度的影响,并在此基础上提出了影响微生物活性的土壤重金属临界含量值。

摘  要:
Using 0.1N HC(?) asa so(?), copper, lead, cadmium and arsenic were extracted from the soils polluted with heavy metals and their toxicity to photobacterium phosphoreum was tasted. The test results showed a good negative correlation between the concentrations of the heavy metals andtheir toxicity to photobacterium phosphoreum. On the basis of the experiment results, a set of critical concentrations of the heavy metals in the soils was proposed.
