饲养密度和产卵刺激剂对大唼蜡甲成虫的影响

摘要：

[目的]实现大唼蜡甲的人工扩繁、提高扩繁率和降低死亡率。[方法]研究饲养密度和产卵刺激剂对大唼蜡甲成虫产卵和存活的影响。[结果]相同条件下,饲养密度对成虫产卵和存活存在显著影响,最佳饲养密度为40对/盒;不同给药剂量的产卵刺激剂也会影响成虫的产卵量和存活率,最经济有效的产卵刺激剂滴入量为15~20μL/盒。[结论]该研究可为规模化生产大唼蜡甲奠定基础。

摘要：

[Objective] The aim was to realize artificial propagation of Rhizophagus grandis,improve propagation rate and reduce mortality.[Method]The effects of feeding density and oviposition stimulant agent on oviposition and survival of Rhizophagus grandis adult were studied.[Result]Under the same conditions,feeding density had significant effects on oviposition and survival,the optimal feeding density was 40 pairs / box; different dosages of stimulant agent also influenced oviposition and survival rate,the most economical and effective dosage was15-20 μL / box. [Conclusion] The study can lay a foundation for large-scale production of Rhizophagus grandis.
