一种轮胎内部温度无线监测系统的设计

摘  要:
提出了一种以无线传输模块n RF905和数字温度传感器DS18B20相结合的无线温度监测系统的设计方案。给出了系统的软硬件设计与实现。以高性价比的设计方式解决了目前温度监测系统在有线方式下布线复杂、维护困难与数据传输不稳定的问题。实际测试结果表明,该系统可实时监测每个轮胎内部的实际温度,确定故障轮胎并实时报警,有效避免爆胎事故的发生。

摘  要:
The design based on the combination of the wireless transport module n RF905 and digital temperature sensor DS18B20, and its hardware and soft-ware design and realization were described. It is a cost-effective design approach which solves the problems of complex routing, difficult maintaining and un-stable data transmission in the temperature monitoring system with wired mode. The actual test result showed that tire temperature monitoring system can re-al-time monitor the actual temperature of inside automobile tires, determine the fault tires and alert in real-time and effectively prevent the occurrence of au-tomobile tire explosion accident.
