湖羊乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定及其耐药性分析

摘  要:
为分析湖羊场临床乳房炎病原菌种类及其耐药特征,对患病湖羊乳样中病原菌进行分离鉴定及耐药性分析。根据形态学和分子生物学鉴定结果,分离得到3种乳房炎病原菌,共计28株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌14株,大肠杆菌10株,粪肠球菌4株;耐药试验结果显示,3种病原菌均对左氟沙星、庆大霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星敏感,对青霉素、红霉素、氨苄西林有较强耐药性;复方中草药制剂对大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别达到125 mg/mL、125 mg/mL和62.5 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)达到250 mg/mL、125 mg/mL和125 mg/mL。研究结果揭示,分离得到金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和粪肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素和氨苄西林耐药,对左氟沙星、庆大霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星敏感,复方中草药制剂能有效抑杀病原菌。

摘  要:
To determine the main pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance to Hu sheep mastitis, milk samples of Hu sheep with clinical mastitis were collected to do isolation, identification and drug resistance analysis on pathogenic bacteria. According to morphological characteristics and molecular biology results, 28 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, which belong to 3 genus or species. These 28 strains mainly include 14 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 10 strains of Escherichia coli, and 4 strains of Enterococcus faecalis. Further study of drug resistance suggested that all of pathogenic bacteria isolated were sensitive to levofloxacin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, resistant to Penicillin, erythromycin, ampicillin. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the compound Chinese herbal medicine preparation against Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, and Staphylococcus aureus respectively reached 125 mg/mL, 125 mg/mL, and 62.5 mg/mL, the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) reached 250 mg/mL, 125 mg/mL and 125 mg/mL. The results of the study revealed that the Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Enterococcus faecalis were resistant to penicillin, erythromycin and ampicillin, sensitive to levofloxacin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, and compound Chinese herbal preparations can inhibit pathogens effectively.
