不同类型烤房的烘烤效果研究

摘  要：
[目的]为了解烟叶基地单元内不同类型烤房烘烤效果。[方法]在烤烟品种云烟87主产区,对卧式密集烤房、气流下降式小型密集烤房、气流上升式小型密集烤房和普通烤房的烘烤成本、初烤烟叶质量、经济效益、建造成本和建造占地情况等进行了调查研究。[结果]卧式密集烤房、气流下降式小型密集烤房、气流上升式小型密集烤房每千克干烟烘烤能耗分别比普通烤房降低8.8%、30.1%和7.4%,上中等烟比例分别比普通烤房提高4.9%、3.0%和3.7%,烤后烟叶的净产值分别比普通烤房提高13.7%、18.0%和14.7%,平均占地面积分别比普通烤房减少31.5、37.5和33.0 m2/hm2。其中,气流下降式小型密集烤房相对占地面积小、能耗低,烟叶净产值较高。[结论]3种密集烤房不仅相对烘烤能耗低、相对占地面积小,而且上中等烟比例、烟叶外观质量、均价、产值等均优于普通烤房。

摘  要：
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects and the cost of different types of curing barn.[Method] In main tobacco producing areas,the horizontal curing barn,air down style small curing barn,air rising type of small bulk curing barn and general barn was studied from the baking cost,tobacco quality,economic efficiency,and construction costs.[Result]Energy consumption per kilogram of dry tobacco of horizontal curing barn,down style small air curing barn,air rising type of small bulk curing barn were lower than the general barn 8.8%,30.1% and 7.4%.The middle leaves were increased 4.9%,3.0% and 3.7%,and net output increased 13.7%,18.0% and 14.7%,respectively.Compared with general barn,the area of three energy-intensive curingbarn reduced 31.5,37.5,33.0 m2/hm2.Air down style small intensive curing barn had little area,low energy and higher net output.[Conclusion] The three energy-intensive curing barn not only had relatively low energy,small occupying area,but also the proportion of medium smoke,tobacco leaf appearance quality,average price and output were better than general barn.
