磺胺喹噁啉(SQ)在鸡组织中残留量的测定

摘  要：
本研究用100只30日令鸡随机均分为5组,其中4组经口饮饲添加SQ的饮水或饲料,剂量分别为80ppm、170ppm、400ppm及800ppm,饲料及饮水随意取食,连续5d,另一组作为对照。停药后,从各试验组每隔24h采2只鸡的血,肌肉、肾、肝等组织,用重氮偶合比色法测定SQ的残留量,连测7d。本研究结果指出,雏鸡组织的SQ残留量降低明显,从80ppm及170ppm组的48—96h采样及400ppm和800ppm的120—144h采样,其SQ浓度全部在0.1ppm以下,停药7d后没有测出残留物。

摘  要：
For this study 100 chickens of 30 days old were randomly allocated to five groups of 20 each, Four of them were administered orally with drinking water and mixed feed, to which S.Q was added at dosages of 80ppm, 170ppm, 400ppm and 800ppm respectively. Food and water were taken ad lib for 5 consecutive days, Another one group served as control, Then after stopping drug, samples of blood muscle, kidney and liver were taken from 2 chickens of each treated group every 24 hours until day 7 for determination of S.Q residue with Bratton-Marshall Method.The results of this study indicated that S.Q residue in chicken tissue was diminished significantly, all samples takcn from 80ppm and 170ppm groups by 48—96 hours and that from 400ppm and 800ppm groups by 120—144 hours showed a S.Q concentration below 0.1ppm, In fact no residue was measured 7 days after withdrawal.
