烟叶烤房温湿度模糊控制系统的设计

摘  要:
为了实现对烟叶烤房中温湿度的智能控制,采用模糊控制方案,利用模糊推理合成规则,得出了模糊控制结果。采用模糊解耦的方法,较好地解决了烤房中温湿度间的强耦合问题。同时,给出了基于MSP430F149单片机的温湿度模糊控制器系统实现电路。实践证明,该系统运行稳定性强,控制精度高,硬件设计合理,整机可靠性高,提高了温湿度的控制精度和烟叶烘烤的质量,可以推广使用。

摘  要:
The temperate and humidity of tobacco barn are controlled by fuzzy controller to realize their intelligent contro1.According to the fuzzy inference synthesize rule,the fuzzy control result was obtained. The method of fuzzy decoupling can solve the coupling problem between temperature and humidity in tobacco barn. Furthermore system circuit of temperature and humidity control system based on MSP430F149 is given. The practice shows the system which has higher stability and reliability improves the precision of temperature and humidity and the quality of the baking tobacco. So it can be promoted.
