非完全消化—火焰原子吸收法测定羊肾及羊肺中微量元素

摘  要:
用非完全消化法处理样品,以火焰原子吸收法成功地测定了羊肾、羊肺中钙、镁、铜、铁。试验表明,试液的粘度与其空白溶液的一致,无背景吸收干扰。对样品处理条件、化学干扰、检出限及特征浓度进行了考察。相对标准偏差小于4.8%。测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±4.0%,在火焰原子吸收法中,用非完全消化法取代灰化法对羊肾、羊肺样品进行预处理是可行的。方法简便。

摘  要:
The samples were treated with noncomplete digestion method. Calcium, magnesium, copper and iron in sheep kidney and sheep lungs were successfully determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The test indicated that the viscosity of test solution is identical with its blank solution and there is not background absorption interference. The pretreatment conditions of sample ,chemical interference, detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied. The relative standard deviations were less than 4.8%.The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors were less than ±4.0%.In FAAS method, the displacement of ashing method by noncomplete digestion method for the sample pretreatment of sheep kidney and sheep lung are possible. This method is convenient.
