介绍了报废汽车再制造的工艺流程和再制造中的关键技术,包括寿命预测技术和现代表面工程技术,并介绍了再制造关键技术的研究应用现状,介绍了德国车身破碎物分选流程,并总结了国内外金属材料和非金属材料的分选技术,提出了以再制造工艺流程为基础的回收经济性评估模型,并分析了汽车组件拆解与再制造的经济性,为产品的重用和再制造提供理论基础。

摘  要:
The technology process and the key technique of remanufacture for end-of-life vehicle (ELV) are introduced, including the life prediction technology and modern surface engineering technology, research and application of key technologies for remanufacturing are also introduced. The sorting process of shredding for ELV body in Germany is also introduced. The domestic and foreign sorting technology of metal materials and non-metallic materials are summed up. A recycle economic model based on the process of remanufacturing is put forward. The economy of dismantling and remanufacturing for automotive components are analyzed, providing a theoretical basis for the reuse and remanufacturing.
