南方长茄杂交制种关键技术研究

摘  要：
探讨了不同栽培模式,雌、雄花龄授粉期对南方长茄杂交制种产量及质量的影响。结果表明:优化的栽培模式为单只标准大棚种5畦,单行种植,株距45cm,三杆整枝,单株留果10个;花期授粉单果结籽数和种子重高于蕾期授粉,千粒重低于蕾期授粉,单果结籽数、单果种子重及千粒重均以开花当天的父本花粉授粉最高。

摘  要：
Five culture patterns of mother and several seed-fruit reserving methods were investigated to improve the hybrid seed yied and quality of eggplant (cv.Zheqie No.1).The results showed that the culture pattern 1 was the best according to the seed yield and quality.Pollination at blooming increased seed number and weight per fruit and reduced the average weight per 1000 seeds,comparing pollination before blooming.Pollination with the pollens from the male flower at flowering stage,gave the best results in seed number,weight per fruit and the average weight per 1000 seeds.
